You should pay your rent in advance, as set out in your tenancy agreement.   There are a number of different options available for you to make a payment.



Regular payments

If you would like the peace of mind of knowing that your rent payment will be made automatically each week or month you can choose one of the following payment options:


Direct Debit:

This is where you give your bank permission to pay your rent directly to us on your behalf.  You can pay weekly or monthly on a range of different dates.  To submit a direct debit request to us simply log in to your MySaxonWeald account and follow the link on your homepage.


Standing order:

You can instruct your bank to pay your rent automatically by standing order, most banks will let you set this up via their online banking website.  You can choose which day and how frequently to make the payment.  Payments should be made to Natwest Bank; sort code 60-11-17; account number 67088848.  

Make sure that you quote your tenancy reference number and name to ensure your rent account is credited. 


Housing benefit direct:

If you receive full or part housing benefit, it can be paid directly to us from your local authority.  You can find the online details for your local authority on gov.uk.





One-off payments

If you would like to make a single payment for your rent you can choose one of the following payment options:


My Saxon Weald:

You can make a quick and secure payment 24 hours a day from your My Saxon Weald account. Once you have logged into your account, click on "view account", then click "make a payment" and follow the on screen instructions.


Internet banking:

Internet payments should be made to Natwest Bank; sort code 60-11-17; account number 67088848.  Make sure you quote your tenancy reference number and name to ensure your rent account is credited.


Online via Allpay or on the Allpay app:

You can register with our payment partner Allpay on their website www.allpayments.net or simply download the Allpay app for your mobile device from the Google Playstore or Apple App store.  To pay using this method you will need to have your Saxon Weald rent payment card to hand and quote your 16 digit PRN number which you can find on the front of this card.  If you require a new rent payment card you can request this from your My Saxon Weald account or via the form on our website.


At Post Offices, E-Pay, Paypoint and Payzone outlets:

You can use your rent payment card to make payments at most Post Offices and all outlets where you see E-Pay, Paypoint or Payzone advertised.  They will take your payment, "swipe" your rent card and give you a receipt for your payment.


By post:

You can post a cheque to our head office made payable to "Saxon Weald".  The address to send your cheque to is:

You can pay your rent 24 hours a day by calling the Allpay telephone service on 0844 5578321.  You will need to have your Saxon Weald rent payment card and debit/credit card details to hand before you call.
