Blocked sinks are usually a tenant's repair responsibility.  Before a member of our HomeFix team can attend to assist with a blocked sink you will be asked if you have attempted to clear the blockage yourself.

Please be aware that if a blockage is caused by tenant actions (e.g. pouring excess fat down the drain, allowing food scraps to go down the drain) you may be recharged for any attendance by HomeFix or one of our contractors.
