When we intend to change your payment amount we will notify you by letter at least 10 working days before your direct debit payment is due .

If there has been a change in your net weekly rent amount, a change in the amount of housing benefit we receive for you or if you have missed a payment and your account is now in arrears, we will recalculate your direct debit so that your account will be clear of any debts or credits by the end of the financial year (end of March).
