If we have tried to take a direct debit payment from your bank account and were not successful we will notify you of this by letter. You will need to check with your bank to find out why we were not able to take your payment.
We will only try to take a direct debit payment once. If we are unsuccessful we will not take a further direct debit payment until the following month.
To ensure that your account does not end up in arrears it is best to make a payment for the missed amount as soon as possible online via your MySaxonWeald account. If you are concerned about money or worried that you cannot afford your rent payments please contact us via your MySaxonWeald account.
