All customer queries are handled initially by our Customer Support team who will try to quickly resolve your query at first point of contact.  You can contact the Customer Support team in a number of different ways:

  1. via your MySaxonWeald account - simply send a message from your account once your are logged in.  
  2. via email - send your email through to 
  3. via Facebook - visit the Saxon Weald page on Facebook and click on "send message"
  4. call us Monday - Friday between 8.30am and 4.00pm on 01403 226000
  5. send us a letter - Saxon Weald, 38-42 Worthing Road, Horsham, RH12 1DT

If our Customer Support team are not able to help you they will then forward your query on to the person best placed to help, this may be your Housing Manager but may also be another member of staff who can help.
